RASHMI GANGAMMA, PHD, LMFT
(SHE, HER)

Rashmi specializes in working with clients navigating challenges related to identity development, immigration, and experiences of loss . She works from a strengths-based, intergenerational systemic lens with an emphasis on relational balance. She brings years of research, teaching, and supervisory experiences to her clinical practice. Along with this practice, Rashmi is the Director of the Couple and Family Therapy program at the University of Colorado. Her research and scholarship has focused on reducing barriers for family therapy in refugee and immigrant communities. She also studies contextual factors related to psychological and relational well-being in adults.

Rashmi is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and has presented her scholarship at national and international conferences.
